Overcharged every month. Customer services promised to sort it repeatedly and no one does.

I am being overcharged by £15.50 each month. I have phoned in repeatedly. I've been told repeatedly that they can see I'm being overcharged but have to raise a crf to get it sorted which could take 7/10 days and someone will call back. 3 tickets have now been raised, no one has called back and I'm still being overcharged each month. I've called again today and just been told yet another crf will need to be raised as it can't be sorted out today. I've also been told I can't speak to a manager about it. This has been going on since April and I feel like I am hitting my head against a brick wall. Can anyone advise how I actually get this sorted please ?

Unfortunately I did raise a complaint and the answer was - that I had to call them, which is what I did today, for them just to open another ticket
