Was with sky broadband for 12 months up to Aug 24 at 500mbps for €30pm. tried to leave but eventually made an offer I couldn't refuse!! 1gbps for €35pm so we took it.
First bill was a bit much but it made a bit of sense.
Second bill, they've overcharged, did not apply the discount and charged for the same period as the first bill!!
Anyone with similar issues and how to fix? I had numerous problems with Sky when I moved house with phone calls and texts, I'm hoping this msg board is better and with real humans. TIA!
