I have been trying to change the home address on the account a number of times. It keeps reffering back to my old address that i moved out of a few years ago. also, I want to get prices for broadband deals.
it won't allow me to get the prices as it puts my old address on the account.
When you left that address did use transfer your services with Sky to your new property or did you cancel then start again at your new home ?
