@AndyFiore
Did you actually cancel? Your discounts end after a set period. Your contract ends when you cancel it. You carry on paying through the 14 day notice period.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you so it’ll take longer.

If you wish we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

It is unlikely to be an error as billing continues as normal if you have given notice to cancel or are in the process of transfering to another provider. If you have now left you should see a credit on your account for this overpayment so do you see this ?

Re: Over charged

Yes and I've returned their router with Royal Mail proof.

I would appreciate your help with a refund please.

Thanks in advance,

Andy

@AndyFiore

As you have said you've been charged until yesterday can you confirm

  1. your service has been disconnected
  2. the overpayment is showing as a credit in your Sky account

So to confirm you have left and you are seeing a credit on your account ?

Make sure you keep the proof of posting for returning the router.
