Over charged

I have been overcharged on my sky bill. I am not happy about this and demand an explanation and refund

@Missyb You won't get an explanation here no matter how much you demand it, the community is mainly a customer to customer support platform. You will have to call customer service to enquire if you have been overcharged and ask for a refund if you have.

Hi @Missyb   I'm afraid that you are not talking to Sky here, this is a community of customers. However it is easy to see why, just look at the items on your bill Your Sky Bills

@Missyb what makes you think you've been overcharged? Are you new to Sky? Out of contract?
