Over charged now for months

Trying to sort out why I'm being over charged for months now, being  told my sky talk to pending ? Paying for stuff I don't need , told my bills will be lower and the next thing bills are higher, trying deal with overseas departments is proving a challenge. Please call me

No one will call you. Sky won't be able to identify you from a Community log in.


You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
