Over charged for Broadband

My bill is not right and it needs correcting it should not be that much and should only be £61 no way should it be £93 i would like you to correct it please.

@AmyD1990  You're not talking to Sky customer services via the community, nothing can be corrected from a forum post as no one here has access to your account or bills.

 

Has a discounted term ended?  Have you recently signed up or made some changes?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

An increase like that does suggest that the discount you had has now come or is coming to an end so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you another one and if they do you might have to commit to a new contract.
