I have been trying to change my contract for a long time and have never manged to speak to anyone as the virtaul assitant puts ypou in a que and iv been waitng from 9am till 19.30pm on over 3 days and no response and the window shuts down. ALl i want to do is cancel my subscription as this has now become a joke and skys customer service is so poor

I got on chat at 9am, waited about 25 minutes for an agent and had my TV subscription cancelled in 20 minutes.
