Outstanding payment message for Disney plus. Was advised by agent would be removed but hasnt

I was advised by sky agent 8 days ago that Disney plus outstanding payment of £4.99 was wrong and would be removed within 7 days. The message is still there! The payment in question was from July! I upgraded to £8.99 per month plan and all payments taken since fine. Why was July payment missed and why hasn't it been removed like advised. This isn't the 1st time I've been promised help and nothing actioned. Please help

You are only asking other customers via here so we can't answer any questions related to what Sky or haven't done so your only option is to call them again
