Outstanding bill

Hi. I've been looking at switching back to sky broadband, it says I have an outstanding bill , but my bills are paid.

Probably 3 to 4 years ago. It's on City fibre now so trying to get back.

Are you trying to sign up as a new customer so make sure you are not logged into your previous account when placing the order. If you are doing this then all you can do is to call Sky for help in getting this order placed.
