I have moved your post from the Sky+ board as that is a legacy product no longer offered by Sky or supported.
You will need to decide between Sky Q via satellite (which has a future lifespan of about 5 years) or through broadband with Sky Glass or Stream but you'll need to research them before calling Sky to place an order.
