Ordered service online - no confirmation

I just placed an order for SKY online went through all the steps including payment pages.

last page was blank after payment.

 

I have yet to receive any confirmation email. And when I log in with my email no reference.

 

What's the danger of me doing this again and ending up double ordering?

I wouldn't place the order again as I would wait until tomorrow and if you still have nothing relating to this order then either call Sky or use social media to contact them about this so they can check if it did go through.
