@Lee10LFC  Log into your Sky account either at sky.com or via the MySky app, your account number wiull be shown for the relevant service.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If your need your account number to set up your Sky ID then it should be on any letter or email you have been sent from Sky.
