Hi i put aordeer in its was for 2nd box but not recueveed it

Was this for a Sky Q mini box? If so have you also got, or ordered Sky Multiscreen?

If by a second box you mean a Sky Q one then you can't order a second Sky Q box as you have to order a Sky Q mini so is this what you ordered and if so does anything appear here for you:
