Order cancelled, why?

I'm moving house next week, im a new customer - why has my order been cancelled?

 

No way to call as I'm currently abroad with work and no phine signal - WiFi only.

 

Can someone help?

Hi, thanks. i need this sorting asap, i have kids and no WiFi for over 2 weeks at this point. no idea why keeps cancelling, this is second time now.
