I placed an order for Sky Glass and Sky Stream and the money was taken but the order was immediately cancelled. Spoke to the helpline and they sorted a refund. Was put through to the sales team and they put through the order again, money was taken from my account but the order was immediately cancelled again. Spoke to Sky multiple times and they say it is a system error and not an issue with the credit check. They don't know the underlying cause and says I will have to try place the order again but can not assure me it will work.
Has anyone experienced this and was it resolved?
