Broadband return - No label instruction

I had cancelled broadband service back in Nov 2025, i was told i should recieved return label with instruction by sky customer service. I have never recieved return label.

Now I saw an email saying they want me to charge for 35GBP for no return.
I now left from UK, for a year for work.

Any advise?
I cannot find email for customer service. I have tried to reply to the email which i recieved from sky but i think this is is no reply one.

Sky don't use email as a general method for customers to contact them.

Discounting phoning as you're not currently in the UK/ROI, these are the current methods for contacting Sky, and depending on the issue some will be more appropriate than others …

@SSD2

You could have returned your own label via here to return it:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Is there anyone at your UK address that can do this for you, if so and you do get charged the non return fee as long as the proof of posting receipt is kept and is sent to you then when/if you do get charged we should be able to help you to get it refunded via Sky's ,messaging team who are based on this forum, but they will need to receipt details to be able to do this.
