I had one of your engineers here to fit my sky for me but he had to ask openreach to attend as no phone line to use. I booked an appointment with openreach but they did not attend.
now I can't get into my sky account or read any messages it comes up saying I have no access. I need to speak to a person to help sort this out because I am paying for something that has not even been installed yet. Can someone please ring me as I have tried everything else on your website
