Online system saying I am not primary account holder

I am trying to book a home move but the online system is saying I am not the primary account holder. I love alone pay the bill myself

You might be using the wrong login details. This can happen if you have multiple IDs perhaps for other family members or if you left Sky in the past and then returned so do either of these apply to you, if not give Sky a call instead:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
