Online moving form useless

Anyone? I'm close to screaming with anger. For over a week I've been filling out the online moving form and it keeps failing as Technical error. Now I've tried phoning 150 twice and speak to an Indian advisor only to get cut off twice! I'm at the stage to tell them to stuff it all broadband and tv, been a customer for 8 years and spend £138 a month! Please can anyone help me. I move in 10 days now. By the way I have Sky Q and there is communal WiFi in my new flat with Wifinity.

@Rob601

A few people have reported this in the last couple of days.

If it still doesn't work you will need to contact Sky to arrange it.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky…

▪️call by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.

Calls to Sky will start automated which may offer you the online help route (see below) or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

▪️online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help

▪️ Sky Assistant is also available at the top of sky.com/help for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It will provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

▪️Social Media You can also get in touch with Sky via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).

Which could well be what's causing the online system to break: both Sky Q on a multi-user distribution system and the presence of a current altnet broadband supplier are complications which typically require call centre intervention.

It's the situation at the proposed new address which may cause issues with online ordering.
