Online chat

Is there an online chat where you can speak to an actual person. 
Ringing is pointless.  I just want a review of my sky package as the price has gradually sneaked up again.

Yes.  I renegotiated my contract completely online just the other week.

I'm just going around in circles on the Sky website,  it just keeps pushing to the community or 'popular artuicles' . Worst online support ever.
