Ongoing complaint

[Removed] Complaint on going since october 2025, weirdly sent love hearts by an online agent. [Removed]. Claiming to not he receiving my emails or details but you are responding to my emails with clear details. I have even attached photo showing I've provided my details but on the same email thread you state you are waiting for a response? How does the make sence. [Removed]

Re: Ongoing complaint

As this is a customer orientated forum and the few Sky staff here cannot deal with ongoing complaints you'll have to stay in contact with whatever team are dealing with your issue.

Nice rant though 😁😁😁

Re: Ongoing complaint

At this point in time i have no clue who is dealing with my complaints, getting emails from all departments.

The CEP Dana should be stripped from her roll.

Sky have left with me wih no choice but to take legal action.

@Keanu123

We obviously don't know what your complaint is about. Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter before you can escalate it further. So if you made a complaint in October that will be any time now.

Re: Ongoing complaint

Yeah I've since gone to Ombudsman and taking legal action.

Since October I've been emailing them with my details and they either respond to the email saying we are yet to hear from you or they respond to the email with my details asking my to provide my details.

I was weirdly sent love heart emoji's on their live chat as well. Sky also failed to provide a SAR within 30-days which is a legal requirment upon request.

Sky could not care but hopefully taking legal action I'll get somewhere

BREACH OF GDPR

[Removed]

I also have an open email complaint and sky expect me to provide me details every 10-days. given my email complaint is still open, under GDPR I do not need to provide me details every 10-days.

The 10-day policy is Sky's own policy NOT under GDPR.

[Removed]. Sky had also failed to provide a subject access request (SAR) within 30-days or requesting.

I was weirdly sent a love heart by an agent on live chat? Never known a company to function like this.

The CEO should be stripped from her role (Details can be located on google) raised my complaint with her due to sky being terrible which got me no where Given she is the CEO, I expected better.

I,ve had usless emails from trainees, advisors and TM's. [Removed]

I've since raised this with sky's Ombudsman and if they fail to help, my solicitor has reviewed all the communication and I will be taking sky to court.

All emails, live chat and calls are all documented [Removed]
