I am 64 years old and have been a Sky customer since 1989, recently had to change to Sky Q and our bill this month was £87.50, I have tried phoning them but I get nowhere how can I get in contact with them so this can be sorted. I am on benefits and am struggling at the moment and want to cut down on how much I have to pay out. Most luxuries have long since gone, reduced to affordable everything, and I thought that my contract didn't have so many add ons. I know having Sky is a luxury that at the moment I cannot afford, my contract isn't finished until December next year, so cannot cancel my subscription without incurring more paying out. Can anyone please help me.

If you are within a minimum term contract then you have committed to pay. (And you cannot cancel)
All you can do is call Sky and see if there are any items not covered by that contract that can be removed.
