Re: OTP not asked for
We can't investigate anything. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Perhaps give Sky a call to discuss, unless anyone else here can shed any light on why this has happened.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: OTP not asked for
This sounds like a scam, I would suggest contacting sky customer services and informing them about this.

Re: OTP not asked for
@Jewe1 someone who knows or who has guessed your password may be trying to access your account. The OTP is doing its job by preventing it. Nevertheless, I'd recommend changing your password - make it something that someone who knows you couldn't guess.

Re: OTP not asked for
Chances are someone either knows your log in details or has guessed them & is trying to sign into your account but is being stopped by 2fa. I would recommend changing your password & if it happens again to scan your pc/device for malware in case it is infected.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
