Not the primary account holder

Hi I am trying to book a house move and my account keeps saying I am not the primary account holder, but I am 😂 i can't find a number to call. Very frustrating tbh. Thanks Chris

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
