Not reimbursed for early termination charges

I was told that sky would pay my termination charges from virgin media when I changed to sky to the amount of £200 .I sent all the paper work to the email provided of the charges virgin had me pay to leave . I have only been refunded £100 .why have I not received the full amount of the cancellation charges ?

Did you switch both broadband and tv? It's £100 for each.

Yes I swapped both .I was told I would get £100 per each service. They have only credited £100 to the broadband

The only thing I can think of is that the switching team overlooked the tv evidence or weren't content with it. I'd suggest raising it with them, via the same email address.
