Hello,
My broadband and TV service is due to be cancelled in 5 days. I haven't received the return package yet, which worries me as we are selling the house and moving abroad so we need to return the equipment as soon as the service is cancelled. I thought the return package would be sent earlier, but now it's getting closer and after seeing somebody else mentioning that after 7 weeks they still hadn't received the return package I'm very worried.
I don't want to have to pay any charges because Sky didn't send the return package on time.
What to do?
Thanks

Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, so 31 days for TV / 14 days for broadband (to the address that the account is registered at).
You can reuse the box any new equipment came in. If you don’t have that you can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may wish to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. The link below also explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.

@Daniel0210 thank you, that is reassuring that I can still return it even if I don't receive the return package.
