Not received referral reward

Hi, I took out 2 products when I joined Sky and was told when I filled in the online application I was due £95 in referral reward. I took out 2 products, Stream TV and fibre broadband. I have received 1 reward, but still waiting on the other. Can someone please help.

Hi Caesarome,

 

It was the friend referral, and my friend referred me.

When I took the products It stated It was dependent on products taken. I took Broadband and TV so was made up of 2 parts. £50 for the Sky Stream TV and £45 for the broadband. (Or vice versa) This was in January. I have received the link for £50 but never for the other £45.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

I did try the chat a few weeks ago Via MySky, but they didn't have the right level of access to see why I hadn't received the 2nd payment. 

Told me to call customer service, which I have tried, but to get through the AI agent at the start is virtually impossible. So I came on here instead. 

I left Virgin because it was never easy to solve a problem, looks like Sky might be the same 😂
