Credit Refund.

Hi, 

My sky service were cancelled last month and kept account opened to facilitate easier refund. I am in credit just under £70 for tv and bb. I rang up this evening to request a speedier refund and was told that I have to wait until end of June when my credits will applied and can be used for paying future bills? The person I spoke was not making any sense. I tried to tell that I do understand how the billing works but that money cleared my bank on the 1st of May and is now sitting as credit. I did not manage to get anywhere with the conversation. In the end he just said I can't get the money until after June. I ask him to raise and complaint and ended the call. I have been reading here that this is a common issue with sky holding on the customers money. Any one can help expedite this? I thought calling up would but it obviously has not worked for me.

I'm not sure what he was saying either so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
