Not on correct package

I rang to cancel due to finances advisor stopped by TV done me a better deal on broadband but this has not been changed on my DD

When did you call Sky was it today, if it was an your next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then the changes can not be shown on this but will on the following bill but should be back dated to the date you spoke to Sky.
