Not honouring extra data
Selected this offer to upgrade to 300 speed for free yet my account says 150 and now having to dispute this . The offer is still up and running on their website and via top cashback so cant be only one with this issue!

Added it when I checked out yet my account does not reflect the upgrade to 300 speed that I selected at checkout. Deal is still live on website but you dont get option to upgrade to 300 for £0 until you follow all the steps to sign up. Luckily I took all these screenshots when I added the deal last month as I dont trust websites as had similar issues in past
and this has proven my point!

@Bluetit66 That's why I couldn't see it, it's a package that includes Ultimate TV Stream, yes? I presume you can get 300Mbps FF to your property? Use the following pics then.
