I paid bill before
I paid a bill for £28 on March 31st. I have proof on my bank application. The charge was processed, not withdrawn. Where can I send a screenshot or a statement from the bank, but it take up to five days to receive . I don't have any more money to smoke again. I definitely paid it. I don't understand why the bill shows the amount owed. A statement it's not send back or canceled. It's changed. I have none more cash at the moment to cover that bill.
Regards
Filip

Re: I paid bill before
Manual payments are generally credited against the following month's bill and automated payments will continue as normal.

Re: I paid bill before
The problem is that I receive the money much earlier and I can't pay on the agreed-upon date. That's why I paid early and it looks like I'll have to face the consequences. The app blocks the date change. The bill is due on Monday, which probably cuts off my internet connection. When I look at the app, it shows a debt for the amount I paid... One month in, and I'm already fed up with this company...🫣

Didn't Sky give you a option of payment date when you set up the account! If you receive the money early why can't that amount be put aside in your bank account til that date that Sky will take your direct debit?

Re: I paid bill before
If you try to change the billing date to close to the date that is currently set then you need to leave it after your current date then you should be able to change it,

Have a look on you next predicted bill ( may) on my Sky app, you will probably see that £28 has been added to that bill as a credit.
