Non return charges

In August 23 I had two non return charges for mini boxes but restarted multiform in January 24 using these boxes I paid for and own now, is this right or should sky have refunded me or have sent me new ones? As they hire out their equipment as part of cost each month

@Angus4646  All Q hardware is loaned to customers for the duration of subscription and must be returned at termination of subscription

customers have no ownership rights to the hardware and paying any such non return fees does not transfer ownership

No, you never own Sky Q boxes, even if you've paid the non-return charge. You would need to speak to Sky to request a refund of the charge.
