Non return charge
Hi, last week I had confirmation that my non-return charge would be refunded as I provided the tracking number proving that the equipment was back with Sky on 6th August. When can I expect the refund please? I don't see a credit on my next bill

Have you checked next months Sky bill as it might have been added as a credit, which can then be refunded.
