Non return charge
Following cancellation of Sky, I returned all the Sky equipment in the 3 boxes provided with the labels attached via Royal Mail in early June. I have now received a message from Sky saying they will be making a non return charge.
I do not still have the receipts. Can anyone help me please. Looking at the many complaints about this same problem, I am beginning to think this is a scam being openly used by Sky.

Although you might not have the receipts after returning the equipment did you get any emails from Sky thanking you for returning them ?

Yes we did get an email confirming received. But no longer have the email as thought everything was sorted.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
