I've returned items but have lost the postal receipt, can't sky see that they've been returned as the parcel had my customer reference on

All sorted, I explained to the advisor that I'd lost the receipt and was aware I would now have to pay but they could see I'd been a customer for over 20years and the charge has been removed. I was honest and polite and very thankful that the advisor understood that sometimes these things happen. Great customer service, thank you Sky
