Non return charge

Sky messed up my activation.

I was sent two pieces of equipment by their error.

After activation I packaged one piece in the packaging supplied and printed off the return QR code.

I gave this to my postman after he confirmed that he could accept it and that it was all in order.

This return has been mishandled at your end and I now realise that I've been charged £67 on 13th November. This has to be resolved and I want this charge refunded.

Provided you have the postage receipt then it should be straight forward, But, You need to contact Sky, This forum can't help you unfortunately
