Non existing Credit Agreement.

I have received 4 letters from debt collectors and now one from SKY stating that I owe some money on my account. This is not possible as I pay by direct debit. 

This is causing me to have mental health problems, and I am now thinking of leaving SKY as a provider of my mobile phone and TV.

  • I emailed them and they said they no longer deal with problems via email! They are going to loose their position as the 'best' provider of TV and mobile!

What is a credit agreement to do with this, so are you a Sky Glass or Mobile customer and what shows via your bill does it show as being up to date:
