Non Return Charge problem

I have sent and returned the hub to Sky my post office for 2 months already. Why I still need to pay Non Return Charge for it?

Have you kept your proof of posting / tracking information / email from Sky confirming the package is with the courier?

 

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

 

We would usually be able to escalate this to Sky via the Messaging Team on here but l'm afraid the option hasn't been available since the summer and we don't know when it'll return.

 

You need to contact Sky by calling in, using Sky Assistant or via social media to try to get this sorted out which should be straightforward if you have the proof of posting.

 

Please don't try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don't allow them on the forum.

Same here. Waited for packaging which sky said they had sent out which I never received. Then had to go to post office to get return label printed and use my own packaging. Now I've been sent text massage saying they are applying charge. Checked online £53 being charged on 6th January. Just a scam to charge customers who leave I think. No easy way to provide information to sky to get charge revoked well done Sky. If anyone has found way to get charge removed please message. I have pictures of package and return label and contents.

So how exactly do I contact Sky. Pay for their helpline. What social media channels can I use as your reply states.

These are the current methods for contacting Sky, and some will be more appropriate than others …

🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟧Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

🟧Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on Facebook or Instagram, (links at the bottom of the forum page).

🟩Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.
