No welcome email?

I recently signed up for Sky! picked my package and filled out all my details. Then when I placed my order the screen went blank? I thought it was a glitch so I re did it all again and the just after I click "place order" I am faced with a blank screen! I have no idea if my order even went through. I have had no welcome email or confirmation?. Ever time I use the app it says it can't find my sky ID?. Every number I call for Sky customer service doesn't work and I just want to talk to a human! Any help?
