No way of contacting sky and account not showing

Hi any help appriciated here having a nightmare. 

So recently signed up for sky broadband, the broadband is active and working but when I sign in It says no active products. I cannot see bills and broadband account etc the online account just shows as having no products.

 

I have been trying to contact sky but they have made it difficult to actually contact them and when I do get in touch refuse to help.

 

So i spent a long time trying to contact through the website but insted of just giving me simple contact details they have decided to make it hard and have to go through a lot of pages clicking different options that then in the end go through to online chat. When I get through to online chat it ia juat a robot who asks questions and then gives no actual help just loops around different responses. 

I tried to call them but again they refused to speak to me and it was just a robot that answered the phone asking questions then after I respond begins answering something completley different. 

It then starts asking yes and no questions and when I answer a simple yes and no it says it cannot understand. 

I did manage to get through to a live chat once after a while and asked to open a complaint regarding the account and skys obvious attempt to prevent any contact with them. The advisor opened a complaint but 10 mins later I recieved a text to say the complaint had been closed and to contact them if any problems. Not sure why tgey would close this as they have not fixed anything. 

 

Is this normal for sky to refuse to speak to anyone or do I not have the correct contact details? Does anyone have an email for them as I cannot find anything just go round in circles or a number to speak to an actual human?

Have you linked your Sky account number to your SkyiD? Until you've done that, you won't see your account details.

Hi, thanks for the replies. I have just followed the link and it seems an old account is linked. Tried to unlink several times but just getbthe following error.

 

"All additional users could not be unlinked from your old account right now, please try again later."

If you keep seeing that message you might have to call Sky to speak to their ID team about unlinking the old account.
