No return charge after having returned the router

Hi,

As seemingly alot of people are experiencing, i've been charged the £50 none return fee after having sent back the sky hub.

I've hung onto my proof of postage label from the post office so i can prove it's gone back.

Many Thanks.

@Stuffandthings

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Re: No return charge after having returned the router

Get in contact with sky. They will use something called photo viewer. They will ask you to take a pic of the receipt and once this is done they will get their manager to wipe or refund the non return charge. If you dont have proof they can email their stock integridy team which usually takes 1-2 working days to get back to the advisor. Once stock integridy has confirmed the equipment has been returned the agent will get his/her manager to wipe the charge. 🙂

@Anonymous

The OP won't have to contact Sky. The post has been escalated to Sky and a chat invite sent.
