 i have paid my bill and my internet has not come on it is still saying account restrictioned

@Jade110  Have you also setup a new continuous payment method as that also needs doing 

 

payment has to clear and be in sky's account before restrictions are lifted which may not happen until early next week depending on when you made payment 

 

I would also note your screenshot says payment is pending in top right so sky has yet to fully receive it

The payment doesn't appear to have gone through yet as it states it is pending so you will need to wait until this has been cleared before your service is restored. You will also need to setup a continuous payment method like a direct debit.
