No refund

Hi I have recently moved house and was told that as I have just had my monthly payment taken from account I would have it refunded and then restart the payments when everything is up and running. I have had no refund!

We're other customers here and cannot see your account.

 

If you elected for a 'house move' direct with Sky then payments would normally continue as normal with no extra payments...  (No stopping/restarting)

 

Obviously we don't know what you agreed/did with Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
