No refund

Hello, 

 

I left sky on 11th June and was disconnected on 25th June. I posted back the equipment in the pre-paid packaging I was sent however I have not received a refund, my account shows a credit of £52.13  and states the credit will go towards my next bill. I assumed this would be refunded on the date of my usual direct debit but that has not been the case. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account but to see if they can arrange a refund in 3-5 working days your post has been escalated to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later today.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
