No refund from Sky

Hello,

I needed to renew my broadband and after a long dicussion with someone from Sky I was promised broadband with a digital phone line at I price I found acceptable. I was also promised that it included a TV subscription and Netflix. Please note I would not have wanted this if I had to pay extra for it and I checked about the cost more than once.

Come the end of the month I found that I had been charged extra for TV and Netflix. I spoke to someone at sky and the TV & Netflix was cancelled and I returned the sky puck. I have not receieved a refund of the payment that was taken.

Is this normal practice for Sky to say one thing and then do somelse? As ever the AI chat thing is a waste of time and I do not want to spend even more time on the telephone sorting this out but there does not seem to be any other way of contacting them.

Would appreciate any advice. Thank You

@Tet1  While you may have cancelled within your coo, off period you stiled had the TV & Netflix service for that time so you will be billed for that duration.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
