No referral vou hers

Referred friend and was told we would both get referral vouchers nothing yet. Disgrace.

@Meg91  Did you go through the correct process to refer a friend?  Refer a friend | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

You should receive your reward via email, 45 days after your friend or family member's joined Sky and paid their first bill.

When did your friend have their services installed, if it has been more than 45 days ago then there  is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found under "Any Questions":

Yes, got an emails saying to look out for vouchers 45 days after 1st bill paid which was July.

Hi @Meg91   I thought you had a problem not receiving your voucher? "If it’s been at least 45 days since your friend’s first bill payment and you still haven’t received the link to redeem your reward, please email us".  I thought that purpose was clear?
