I was ment to receive a refund for 3 months of tnt sports which stayed on my account after I cancelled it. I cancelled 3 packages that day but only 2 where remove I called up over it a month a go but still not received my refund

Do you see a credit on your account because if you do then it is this that can then be refunded:
