No longer a broadband customer but they still took the money
Hi I cancelled my broadband before it doubled in price at the end of contract and it stopped on the 17th of October but sky has still taken the £46 today even though I'm not with them and has now left me with not enough money for other bills

@Krisl74 direct debits are set up 14 days before thry are taken which is a likely explanation if you have returned any equipment required to be returned call Sky to see if they can get the payment returned.
