My sky renewal is incorrect.
Agreed £30/month for basic tv/broadband, on 16/11/24, yet charged £60/month December and January
Cancel subscription with immediate effect.

You can't cancel anything via the Community forum. In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
You will have to contact Sky to cancel (if Sky will let you) subject to the relevant notice periods of 31 days for TV and 14 days for broadband.
